FAQ

Questions about ZeraGrants

Each shortlist is screened against your profile before you spend time preparing an application.

How is ZeraGrants different from a grant database?

A grant database gives you a list to search. ZeraGrants screens opportunities against your organization’s profile and explains which grants appear worth pursuing, which require more information, and which are not a fit.

Are shortlists human-reviewed?

Yes. Before delivery, a reviewer checks the official source, applicant requirements, geography, funding purpose, deadline, and award details. Any unresolved requirement is marked for confirmation.

How long does the free sample take?

Most complete requests are delivered within two business days. If important information is missing, we may contact you before completing the shortlist.

Is the sample really free?

Yes. The sample is free and does not require a paid subscription or commitment.

Do you guarantee eligibility or funding?

No. ZeraGrants helps you assess potential fit, but funders make final eligibility and funding decisions. Always confirm requirements in the official program materials before applying.

What happens to my information?

Your information is used to prepare and deliver your shortlist and provide the service you request. It is not sold. See the Privacy Policy for retention, access, and deletion details.

What will the paid service cost?

Three plans are available: Focus $2,400, Core $3,000, and Priority $4,800 per year, plus a $1,500 one-time onboarding fee. Full details are on the pricing page.
